RETURN POLICY
Returns are NOT allowed. Exchanges will be allowed only if the hair is in its original condition. Items will not be accepted if it is not in its original condition. Exchanges will not be allowed once the packaging has been opened, seal has been broken and/or the hair has been installed or manipulated in any way.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed during business days/hours, and order processing can take up to 3 business days to complete. Once the order has been processed, please allow 7-10 days to receive your. This time is just an estimate; most customers receive their product sooner. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number, which will confirm the completion of your order. Signature is required for all orders to ensure your order has not been lost or stolen.
